| Dakota Garlic is a small family owned business in SW Minnesota. Started in North Dakota in 1999, we purchased and moved the business to Minnesota in 2005. We believe we have an excellent combination of soil and climate to produce gourmet quality garlic perfect for planting or eating. Dakota Garlic raises it's garlic without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides. Although not "certified organic", we believe we have taken every precaution to ensure our garlic is as natural and chemical free as possible.
