| Dakota Garlic is a small family owned business in SW Minnesota. Started in North Dakota in 1999, we purchased and moved the business to Minnesota in 2005. Dakota Garlic raises it's garlic without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides. Although not Certified Organic, we believe we have taken every precaution to ensure our garlic is as natural and chemical free as possible. Unfortunately, adverse weather conditions in 2012 caused to plants to die prematurely and the garlic is not of the quality that I am willing to sell.
